You Get Paid Directly

Your booking income goes directly to you through the booking platform.

We don't collect it, hold it or deduct our management fee before you receive it.

Once you've received your booking payouts, we invoice you separately for our management fee twice monthly.

This means your booking income reaches you as it is paid, improving your overall cash flow while giving you a clear view of what your property is earning.

You always know exactly what you've earned and exactly what you're paying us.

It's your property and your income. We think you should always be able to see both clearly.

Cleaning is charged separately at $145 per property, as a general guide for homes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This includes:

Larger properties are priced by inspection.

Clean only

For owners who manage their own listing but want professional cleaning and linen between stays.

Our standard cleaning fee is $145 per property, as a general guide for homes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For larger or more complex properties, we'll provide a cleaning price based on the home.

This includes:

✓ Professional cleaning using commercial-grade cleaning products and disinfectants
✓ Professional linen

The property owner is responsible for guest consumables and restocking.

If we need to attend the property for a guest-related query or issue, this is charged at $45 + GST per hour, with a minimum charge of $45 + GST per call-out.

Any items purchased on behalf of the property are reimbursed by the owner at cost, plus a 20% + GST handling margin.

Clean Only is a good option if you prefer to manage the holiday rental yourself, while knowing the property will be professionally cleaned and presented for each new guest.

Twizel is a small town, and holiday homes have been part of it for a long time. There is understandably a conversation happening locally and at Council level about housing, short-term rentals and the future of our community. We think that conversation is worth having honestly and we also think it's important to look at the wider picture.

Many people who own holiday homes in the Mackenzie bought them as places for their own families to use. A weekend at Ōhau, Christmas in Twizel, fishing at Benmore or simply somewhere to escape to.We don't believe that simply restricting short-term accommodation would automatically turn these homes into long-term rental housing. In many cases, that was never why the property was purchased in the first place.

That's not an argument against sensible regulation. We believe good operators should comply with reasonable rules and be part of the conversation. It's simply our view of how this market actually works.

The benefit doesn't stop at the front door.

A guest staying in a Hello Twizel holiday home means work for a local cleaner, our local laundry service and occasionally a local tradie or handyman. Our guests buy groceries, eat at our cafés and restaurants, visit local attractions and spend with businesses throughout the region.Those businesses employ local people too.
